1977. Hardcover. 466 pages in red cloth with publisher's original slipcase. No jacket, as issued. Text entirely in Japanese. Photographs by Bunyo Ishikawa documenting Vietnam, from the mid 60's to the mid 70's, with a heavy emphasis on military activity during the war. Uncensored and unflinching, his camera recorded the gruesome realities of warfare. A few b/w images, but most photos are color with extensive captioning and notes (all in Japanese). There is light shelf-wear at the cover edges and one small ink mark at the top margin of the half title. Slipcase has some light overall soiling. Binding is tight, pages are clean and unmarked.
