Contains the full text of both Waverley and Guy Mannering, by Sir Walter Scott. Waverley is illustrated by F. Gilbert, Guy Mannering by R. Huttula. Cloth is heavily rubbed, soiled. Small holes worn in cloth at corners. Spine has darkened. Previous owner's name on front pastedown endpaper, dated 1875. Some staining to endpapers; most pages are clean but a few do show stains or foxing, and all pages are somewhat yellowed with age.
