Covers a multitude of farm related topics including pruning, planting, animals, insects, harvesting, cooking etc. Literally thousands of ads and engraved illustrations. This is a very well-used volume with significant condition issues. The first six pages of the January issue are loose and laid-in. The last page of the December issue is creased and is missing pieces at the fore-edge. The endpapers have split at the hinges with the cover being very loose, but still attached. The cover is heavily worn, particularly at the spine edges. On the positive side, the pages are very clean. There are no marks or notations. There is no foxing. Despite flaws, this is a very readable and enjoyable volume. This book is oversized, and may require additional postage to ship. Used: Acceptable. Item #BBS-067702
