Very mild staining to the lower edge. Pages 49-52 have some small tears. Minor staining to the interior text. Age toned and has a slightly musty odor. Dust jacket has some chipping and small tears and a protective sleeve. Binding it tight, pages are firmly attached, text block is straight with no underlining or highlighting.
