Covers are in good condition with some fraying to corners. Binding is strong. Rules of the Local Association and advertisements preface the text, with more advertisements in back of book. Previous owner's names at front paste down and on first and last inside pages. All pages are intact with moderate scattered foxing, creasing, and age toning throughout. Text is completely legible.
