Edizione Riservata. Hardcover. 30 black and white images (some photographs, some reproductions of paintings) of Rome, bound accordion-style in pictorial boards with very beautiful red, green, and blue borders in raised relief. No date, but 1930s at the earliest (as one of the photos is of 'Mussolini's Forum'). The boards show moderate to heavy edgewear, especially at the spine and corners. The photos are yellowing a little and there is waterstaining evident around the very edges. The glue holding the photograph block to the boards is partly loose. The blank side of each image has a short caption in Italian, French, English, and German. Rather battered, but a unique and interesting tourist item. Size: 8vo - over 7 3/4 in - 9 3/4 in Tall.
