Mostly concerning Salem, Oregon, and the surrounding area; public topics tend to focus on the Oregon Farm Bureau. Heavy, overstuffed, with tension to binding; both front and back are reinforced with masking tape across hinges, holding somewhat more easily at back than at front. General edgewear, soiling to front. Contents toned, with extensive glue staining, some memorabilia loosened from glue and laid-in (scrapbook was not compiled with archival materials).
