Hardcover. 1980; from an atlas originally published 1544 in Basel by publisher (and Munster's stepson) Heinrich Petri, this replica follows the edition of 1588 published by Petri's son Sebastian Henric Petri, and reproduces 26 maps, with a colophon introduction, titling, and copyright information in German, English, and Dutch. #187 of 500 copies, housed in black cloth portfolio case with gilt spine titling and full-panel title/illustration plate to one side, cream with red lettering and black illustration. Cloth portfolio about very good with light fading; scuffed, toned, lightly stained to title/cover plate. Maps in very good condition with minor general edgewear, faint corner creasing to top left corner of first and last few maps. Clean and unmarked. Used: Very Good. Item #BBS-2021445
