Contains an 8-page history in English of the Malolos Congress and Constitution by Nicolas Zafra, photos (where available) of the members of the Malolos Congress, the text of the constitution in Spanish, and a copy of the program of the festivities which surrounded the January 23, 1963 unveiling of a marker commemorating the 1898 inauguration of the Malolos Congress.
